Overview

This heavy-duty, inline Tunnel Exhaust Box is engineered specifically for food processing, canning, and packaging lines. It is designed to efficiently expel trapped air from filled cans or jars using controlled steam injection before sealing, ensuring an airtight vacuum and preserving product shelf-life.
Premium Stainless Steel Construction: Built entirely from high-grade stainless steel (SUS304/316) to meet strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitary standards. The smooth polished surface allows for easy cleaning and resists corrosion in humid environments.

Wire Mesh Conveyor System: Features a robust, high-temperature resistant stainless steel wire mesh belt. This design ensures optimal steam circulation around the containers and allows seamless, continuous inline production.

Gabled/Sloped Hood Design: The top enclosure is engineered with a pitched roof to prevent condensed steam droplets from falling back onto the open product, directing moisture away to maintain product quality.

Heavy-Duty Supporting Frame: Elevated on a rigid, reinforced stainless steel structural frame with adjustable feet, ensuring stability and easy integration with existing filling and capping machinery.

Removable Top Covers: Equipped with integrated handles along the tunnel segments, allowing quick access for routine maintenance, inspection, and thorough washdowns.
Canning & Bottling Lines: Ideal for exhausting air from glass jars, tin cans, or bottles filled with fruits, vegetables, sauces, pickles, and ready-to-eat foods.
