Overview

this machine is a commercial, tabletop Semi-Automatic Electric Can Seamer Machine (Model: TDFJ-160). It is a compact, benchtop unit designed to mechanically seal lids onto tin, aluminum, pet plastic, or paperboard cans with high precision and an airtight finish. It is highly popular for small-scale beverage production, craft breweries, food packaging, and canning laboratories.
Heavy-Duty Tabletop Frame: Features a robust, space-saving design with a vibrant yellow and black protective finish, allowing it to sit easily on standard production tables or stainless steel counters.

Electric Motor Drive System: A rear-mounted industrial AC motor delivers consistent rotational power to the upper sealing head, providing uniform torque during the sealing process.

Sealing Head & Rollers: Located at the top, the mechanism houses a heavy-duty seaming chuck and precise roller profiles. These components roll and compress the edge of the can lid with the body lip to create a hermetic double seam.

Adjustable Can Pedestal / Lifter: A heavy steel base platform holds the bottom of the can. This pedestal is adjustable to accommodate different can heights and works in tandem with an internal lifting mechanism to press the can firmly against the upper chuck before sealing begins.
