What information we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us:
- Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and company name when you submit an enquiry, request a quotation or use the chat.
- Your requirement — the product you process, your volumes and any other details you share so we can recommend a machine.
- Basic usage data — pages visited, referring site and browser type, used only to understand which machines people are looking for.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange delivery and installation, and provide after-sales service. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about the enquiry you raised. We do not send bulk marketing to people who have not asked for it.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except where it is necessary to fulfil your order — for example a transporter needing a delivery address — or where the law requires it.
Chat assistant
The chat on this site is assisted by an AI service. Your messages are processed to generate a reply and are stored so our team can follow up. Please do not share bank details, passwords or other sensitive information in the chat.

Terms of sale
Quotations
Prices shown on this website are indicative, ex-works Delhi, and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A quotation issued by us is valid for the period stated on it and is the binding figure, not the website price.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed against an advance payment, with the balance due before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing. Machines remain our property until paid in full.
Delivery
Delivery timelines quoted are estimates made in good faith. We are not liable for delays caused by transport, statutory holidays or events outside our control, but we will keep you informed.
Warranty
Machines carry a manufacturer warranty against defects in fabrication and material from the date of delivery. The warranty excludes consumable and wear parts (sieves, belts, seals, blades, bearings), damage from incorrect power supply, misuse, unauthorised modification, or lack of routine maintenance.
Installation
Installation and operator training at your site are included where stated. You are responsible for providing a suitable level floor, correct three-phase power supply and safe access for our engineers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
