Choosing a machine
How do I know what capacity I need?
Work from your peak day, not your average. Take the highest volume you process in a day, divide it by the hours the line actually runs, and add about 20% headroom. Tell us those numbers and we will confirm the model.
Can you build a machine to my specification?
Yes. Capacity, motor rating, sieve size, hopper design, discharge height and footprint can all be changed. We approve drawings with you before cutting steel.
Do you supply complete processing lines?
Yes — from washing and cutting through pulping, cooking, filling and retort sterilisation. Share your product and target output and we will lay out the line.
What is the difference between SS 304 and SS 316?
SS 304 suits most food products and is our standard. SS 316 adds molybdenum, which resists acidic pulps, brines and high-salt recipes that would pit 304 over time.
Prices, payment & GST
Why are some machines shown as "price on request"?
Because the price genuinely depends on the capacity and configuration you need. Rather than publish a number that will not match your quote, we ask for your requirement first.
Are the listed prices inclusive of GST?
No. Prices shown are ex-works Delhi and GST is charged extra as applicable. Every machine ships with a proper GST invoice under GSTIN 07ILSPK3173B1ZW.
Do you offer payment terms?
Standard terms are an advance with the order and the balance before dispatch. Talk to us about your situation — we are reasonable with established buyers.
Delivery & installation
How long does delivery take?
Standard configurations usually dispatch within 2–3 weeks. Customised builds take longer; we confirm a firm date in writing when you place the order.
Is installation included in the price?
Yes. Our engineers deliver, position, commission and test-run the machine at your site, and train your operators before handover.
Do you deliver outside India?
We export on request. Share your port and requirement and we will quote accordingly.
What do I need ready before the machine arrives?
A level floor with clearance for operators and cleaning, and the correct three-phase power supply. We check both with you before dispatch.
Warranty & service
What warranty do the machines carry?
A manufacturer warranty against fabrication and material defects. Wear parts such as sieves, belts and seals are consumables and are not covered.
How quickly can you respond to a breakdown?
We answer breakdown calls the same working day and aim to have an engineer on site within 48–72 hours for a critical stoppage.
Do you stock spare parts?
Yes, for every model we have sold. Tell us the machine and the part and we dispatch it — we do not leave customers hunting for a fit.
Do you service machines bought elsewhere?
Often yes. Send us photographs and the nameplate details and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Still not sure?
Describe your product and daily volume — we will tell you what to buy, even if it is less than you expected.
