This continuous belt-type grading machine sorts round produce, nuts (like walnuts and dates), and small fruits (such as cherry tomatoes or plum olives) by diameter.Expanding Belt Mechanism: Features a multi-track set of food-grade PVC/silicone round belts that gradually widen from the feeding end to the discharge end, dropping produce into specific size categories without bruising.
Stainless Steel Construction: Built with a full heavy-duty SS304 frame to meet commercial food safety and hygiene standards.
Multi-Grade Collection Conveyor: Underneath the sorting belts sits a cross-conveyor equipped with dividers and discharge chutes, allowing simultaneous separation into multiple size grades (typically 4 to 6 grades).
