Overview

this is a commercial-grade multi-purpose vegetable cutting machine, commonly used in restaurants, catering operations, and small-scale food processing units. It is designed to quickly and efficiently slice, chop, or dice bulk quantities of vegetables—particularly bulb vegetables like onions, garlic, potatoes, and ginger.
Material: Features a dual-material construction with a durable, heavy-duty painted red cast iron or aluminum top housing for the motor/gear mechanism, and a sturdy stainless steel base frame for hygiene and stability.

Form Factor: Compact, countertop-style machine with rubber feet to absorb vibrations and prevent slipping during high-speed operations.
Blade Setup: Inside the red housing, interchangeable cutting discs (blades) are mounted onto a rotating shaft. Different discs can be swapped out depending on whether slicing, shredding, or dicing is required.

Operation: The user turns the machine on, places the vegetables into one of the top chutes, and uses the lever or plunger to push the food against the high-speed rotating blade.

Output: The sliced pieces instantly exit through the side discharge chute.
