The machine shown in the image is a pedestal-mounted semi-automatic/manual can seamer machine typically used for airtight double-seaming of tin, aluminum, composite, or PET plastic cans.Heavy-Duty Frame: Built with a floor-standing mild steel A-frame base to absorb operational vibration.
Electric Motor & Flywheel Drive: Driven by a top-rear mounted electric motor connected via a belt-and-pulley system to a heavy flywheel housing for consistent seaming torque.
Sealing Head Assembly: Houses the upper seaming chuck and dual rolling profile levers that curl and compress the can rim and lid together into a leak-proof double seam.
Adjustable Base Pedestal & Foot Lever: Features a lower plate platform to support the can body. A mechanical foot pedal or hand lever raises the platform to clamp the can tightly against the upper chuck prior to sealing.
