Overview
A blower cyclone pulverizer is a high-capacity commercial grinding unit equipped with an integrated air blower and cyclone separator. It is designed for continuous, dust-free fine grinding of spices, grains, herbs, and pulses.Grinding Chamber: Uses high-speed rotating hammers, beaters, or serrated cutters against interchangeable mesh screens to pulverize the raw material.
Pneumatic Blower Fan: Creates negative air suction to pull newly ground fine powder directly out of the chamber, preventing clogging, reducing heat buildup, and preserving essential oils/aroma.
Cyclone Separator: Uses centrifugal force to separate fine solid particles from the air stream, dropping the finished powder into the collection chute while filtering air out the top.
Dust Collector System: Equipped with cotton filter bags attached to the cyclone exit to catch fine airborne dust, maintaining a clean workspace.
